Am I the only one who notices the way Chords face softens when their lips finally meet in this one, it’s like hes one hundred percent relaxed and in the zone. Where as when you look at the Human Nature kiss:
His face is no where near as relaxed, although he is a little, his body language (in the HN kiss) is a little ridged and nervous, although admittedly that is what was going on between their characters at the time, not even a talented actor can look that rigid while doing a kissing scene with someone, also his eyes seem a little tensed as well, in the HN kiss, like he’s focusing too much on getting the kiss correct whereas in the SNG kiss he’s just going for it, now in that scene I’m sure Sam would still be a little unsure still to where Mercedes’ emotions lie, and would still be cautious. So, I feel as if Chord and Amber have gotten extremely close throughout the shooting of he show, but I also think that the reason they never kissed in the last few episodes, even in the background are because of the fact that Chord is with Emma now. Although, it isn’t cheating, he may have his morals, and if it’s not his morals they (he and Amber) don’t want to kiss because of feelings that might possibly be buried under the surface.
That is the conclusion of my rileystreet rant.
